Psychotherapy means an appointment once or twice a week, for a shorter or a longer period. Psychotherapy is finding out more about yourself, about your thoughts and feelings; to get a better understanding about yourself, your own reactions and relationships.

Together with your therapist you can talk about things that are bothering you, about your life and your situation and about your worries. If life seems meaningless, if you are felling low or may be suffering from culture shock living in a new and strange country...
